There are 2 different hole patterns with Wire Binding.
3:1 Pitch, 3 holes per inch, allows you to bind from 1/4" up to 9/16”
2:1 Pitch, 2 holes per inch, allows you to bind from 1/4” up to 1-1/4”
To determine the correct wire size needed measure your book and add 1/8”.
